GARNET BEAUTY (Wright, 1935) - Single - Dark Red - Early Midseason. Tall. Medium large rich silky dark red with two rows of broad perfectly formed petals; center of compact rich golden yellow stamens. Strong stems with abundant foliage holding flowers above the foliage in rain and wind. Plant strong vigorous grower, yound and profuse bloomer, having never failed to bloom even under the most unfavorable weather conditions ever known. Flowers of superior substance, holding color and form in sun and rain and outstandingly attractive for landscape effect and fine for cutting. Bulletin 60. (1935) - Single, mid-season. Tall dark red.
