Fen Lou Chun Se. Crown form, sometimes anemone form occurs. Flowers 19cm x 9cm, pinkish red (62-C); the outer petals 4-5- whorled, large, flat, entire and regular, stiff, with purple streaks in petal centre, suffused with pale purple at the base; the inner petals very small, wrinkled, crowded, 'some normal stamens grows among petals, some petaloid filaments bearing anthers are present, with more stamens near the flower centre, pistils normal or slightly petaloid, floral discs purplish red. Stalks stout, short, flowers lateral, slightly hidden among the leaves. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, partially spreading. Branches stout, stiff. Leaves long, large-sized, thick, relatively crowded; leaflets ovate or long ovate, acuminate at the apex, suffused with pale purple on the margins. Growth vigorous, flowers many. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1995.
