To be called ”Fei Xue Ying Chun” in Chinese, with characteristics of white bloom, resembling the sweet-scented osmanthus, 13cm×5cm corolla , two annuluses of outer petals with inner annulus smaller than outer annulus , lengthways bent resembling a scoop with pompadour base speckle. The white inner petals are small with twisted gofers, the top of separate petals has anther and a white line in pompadour speckles. The full-grown stamens are mixed up within petals with yellow anther and white filaments. The 8-9 pistils have milk yellow stigmas, approximately wrapped milk yellow floral disc. The 9 lobules are green with red demitint and fewer tomentas, among them, 3 lobules to be distributed at the top and 6 for two sides. The fresh branches grown in the year it was planted are only about 18 cm and biennial branches about 8cm. The plant grows vigorously but being heightened slowly with the bloom leaves half patulous upside and with many sprouts. It has medium blooming date.
