Hong Yan Bi Rui. Rose form. Flowers 15cm x 5cm, light red (44-D); petals thin, soft, rugose, suffused with red at the base; stamens a few; pistils developed, petaloid, yellowish green coloured. Stalks slender, flowers lateral. Flowering midseason. Plant medium height, spreading. Branches slender, pliable. Leaves long, small-sized, sparse; leaflets ovate or elliptic, acute at the apex; upper surface yellowish green, the margins slightly curved downwards, suffused with deep purple. Growth weak, leaves falling early, flowers many. Bred by Zhaolou Peony Garden, Heze in 1988. |
