YATSUKA-JISHI (Langer Löwe / Löwe von Yatsuka) Hellkarminrot. Frühblühende große Blüte in tausendfacher Blüte. Der Blütenboden ist dunkelkarminrot. Alle Kronblätter sind gekräuselt.

YATSUKAJISHI, «Fiore della città di Yatsuka». La città di Yatsuka è nell'isola di Daikonjima. Fiori doppi, molto grandi, con petali increspati. Alcuni petali appaiono contorti così da dare al tutto una bellezza asimmetrica (forma Shishizaki) molto apprezzata in Giappone. Portamento vigoroso, fioritura a metà stagione.

Flowers: pale pink, darker and purplish at the base of the petals; double, very large, ruffled petals, mid-season flowering. Some petals appear distorted, giving the whole flower an asymmetrical beauty (Shishizaki) that is much appreciated in Japan. Habit: vigorous.
